I could not agree more with you that we need to absolutely end any thought of taxpayer bailouts.

I do not know how some of the organizations like you lead deal with the hypocrisy of Congress basically saying that we need to lower limits.

I will say that unless Congress comes forward and gives you concrete direction, we are going to end up in a permanent conservatorship.
