Well, if the purpose in doing this is to lower the cost of the drug to the end user or the end payer, and you could get there the same way by just charging 6 percent less or giving a rebate to the physician who, I guess, keeps that, it seems to me that you are, in fact, paying that rebate to drive physicians to use your drug.
