I actually believe that we have got an opportunity to do something--it is a very complex topic--that matters.

I am happy that in 2018 we are finally going to have an audit. That is good for taxpayers.

I do want to applaud you for creating a more real budget.

We are, in fact, getting ready to spend $2 trillion more that we do not have by passing the bill we just passed.
