I have been involved in this for a long time. I enjoyed this. I think this is an incredibly serious matter. I have two daughters and a wife I love. National security is something that is important to all of us. None of us wants anything bad to happen to this country. But to my friends on this side of the aisle who still may have some questions, there is no way in the world we would have the commitments we have on nuclear modernization if it were not for the process of this treaty.
