I was not a proponent of Volcker Rule. I did not think there was any reason to pursue it, but I do think there is a way to fix the Volcker Rule and move away from the prop issue and focus on at least maintaining liquidity.
Corker expresses his opposition to the Volcker Rule but suggests it can be improved.
