I think every American--most every American, except for those who serve in Congress--would like to see reformed.

We just continue down this path of Government getting involved in areas, breaking rationality and creating issues.

It appears that first lien holders are going to be taking hits while second lien holders are not, which is incredibly perverse.

But most folks in other States played by the rules.
