That is correct. Mr. McCAIN. But isn't it also true that the Government of Saudi Arabia has not been implicated by these so-called 28 pages that were going to reveal the vast conspiracy that the Government of Saudi Arabia allegedly for years had--the adversaries, shall I say, had alleged that somehow the Saudi Government was involved in? Isn't it true that the 28 pages show they were not?
