Mr. President, I will have to ask for a unanimous consent request on something in just a moment, but I think they are still working out some details. Before I move to that, I thank the Senator from Indiana. He has done so much to further this cause of us having a congressional review on whatever is negotiated with Iran. All of us want a good agreement, but we want to ensure that we play a role in ensuring that is the case. I cannot thank the Senator enough for his leadership on this issue and so many other issues that matter relative to our national interests around the world and the safety of our citizens. Again, I thank the Senator so much. Mr. President, I ask unanimous consent that notwithstanding rule XXII, the Senate vote on the motion to invoke cloture on the pending substitute amendment at 2 p.m. today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Is there objection? Without objection, it is so ordered.
