Again, I wish to say one more time, an activist, if it turned out to be--my guess is, it will be; everything else in this administration leads me to believe this is going to be a fairly activist organization, OK--can write rules after the fact--after the fact--declaring a practice abusive. I don't know how many people think that is good practice, to write a rule after the fact determining that it is abusive--again, a very vague benchmark.…”
