If it ends up costing what has been laid out here, it could well be one of the worst votes I've made.
I assume if we were to put in place a new regime, we would want to do what we could to end the too-big-to-fail situation that we have today.
I love seeing this bipartisanship, because I cut my teeth on the first OPIC reauthorization as a House staffer in 1974.
