Mr. President, I know the good Senator from South Dakota knows that we are working with the other side to get a number of amendments ready to vote on today, and we certainly appreciate his constructive effort in letting us know what he is doing. I object to making it pending because the other side--I am doing this on their behalf--wants to work through the tranche that we have right now.
