Senator Sessions is exactly right--by forcing these folks who are in the shadows today to come out of the shadows for 10 years and pay taxes and not receive, by the way, Federal benefits--no means-tested Federal benefits--until we do the five things that are in our bill. By the way, the Senator should know that the money for this is appropriated now. If this bill passes, the money is appropriated. It is not subject to appropriations down the road.…”
