I thank the gentlewoman for laying out just really a glimpse of the possibilities, and again, thank you for your leadership. Now I would like to yield to Congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee from Texas, who has been a longtime supporter and advocate for ending the embargo, who also, I was reminded earlier, in her role as the Immigration Subcommittee ranking member, she was very instrumental in the Elian Gonzalez case and was able to really help forge a path forward to return Elian to Cuba.
