Your father was a giant and raised you and your family to be law-abiding citizens, and still this happened to you. Also, with regard to redlining, this is another level that we have to look at as it relates to racism. When you look at how financial institutions targeted African American and minority communities with subprime loans, our communities lost all of our wealth as a result of that, and now have to start all over in terms of wealth accumulation. So you just go one aspect after another of what America has done in terms of the past that has not been corrected yet, and we have to really do that. Congresswoman Kelly, I just want to mention the phenomenal job you are doing as the chair of our Health Braintrust. We had a meeting this weekend in South Carolina with our great leader, Mr. Clyburn. We talked about health disparities in communities of color. You are talking about ZIP Codes. I know in my district--I mentioned this at the forum--there is a gap. Depending on where you live, depending on the ZIP Code, life expectancy where Black people live can be 10 to 15 years shorter.
