Let me just say that the AMA has stated very clearly that this bill compromises a doctor's ability to provide medical treatment in the best interest of the patient. Members of Congress have no right to interfere in health care decisions of women. This is a private matter. And the last time I looked, I thought we do have a right to privacy in this country. So we have got to continue to fight against these attacks on women's health, on our constitutional rights, and on the right to privacy. I hope you vote ``no'' on this rule and ``no'' on this bill.
