That is correct. And I know many individuals who are disabled who would have a very dismal life had it not been for Social Security. Young people who are disabled are able to receive Social Security. It ensures a quality of life for those who, for whatever reason, have not been able to move forward. I do not want to see this touched for the disabled or for young people whose parents have died or for our senior citizens.
