I submit the following notice in writing: In accordance with Rule V of the Standing Rules of the Senate, I hereby give notice in writing that it is my intention to move to suspend the following portion of paragraph 1 of Rule XXII: ``the motions relating to adjournment, to take a recess, to proceed to the consideration of executive business, to lay on the table, shall be decided without debate'' for the purposes of allowing debate on any motion to table made in relation to the Articles of Impeachment against Alejandro Mayorkas whether or not a full trial takes place.
