It was the spending bill that caused the combined measure to fail. But, in fact, the SAVE Act has been passed by the House of Representatives. It was passed with a bipartisan vote because even these Democrats, who joined with all the Republicans over in the House of Representatives, acknowledged that this is a problem.…”
