The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To repeal the conservation stewardship program and the conservation reserve program) Strike subtitles A and B of title II and insert the following: SEC. 2001. REPEAL OF CONSERVATION RESERVE PROGRAM. Subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3831 et seq.) is repealed. SEC. 2101. REPEAL OF CONSERVATION STEWARDSHIP PROGRAM. Subchapter B of chapter 2 of subtitle D of title XII of the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3838d et seq.) is repealed. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
