I have long had concerns over the effectiveness of some of the programs run by the U.S. Agency for Global Media, including the Office of Cuba Broadcasting and Radio and TV Marti, which serves, quite frankly, no useful purpose. It is a waste of taxpayer dollars and it actually should be defunded.
