I was unable to cast my votes earlier today. Had I been present to cast my votes, I would have voted ``yes'' on the Motion to Recommit with Instructions on H.R. 2055, I would have voted ``yes'' on final passage of H.R. 2055, and I would have voted ``no'' on House Resolution 300.
