I do not know what kind of message it sends, and also I do not think this administration remembers that we have many homeless veterans now who are just seeking shelter and a place to live. That, again, is a disgrace that we need to address in this budget. We need to address their access to health care and to housing and to all of those support services which they need. They fought for us and they deserve a decent life. They do not deserve to have their funding cut, as the President intends to do in this budget.
