The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Utah [Mr. Lee] moves to commit the bill H.R. 7463 to the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate with instructions to report the same back to the Senate in 1 day, not counting any day in which the Senate is not in session, with changes that-- (1) are within the jurisdiction of such committee; and (2) provide continuing appropriations for the entire Federal Government through the end of fiscal year 2024.
