This practice is not only wrong; it is cruel and is calculated. Let's take a look at the facts. In Wisconsin, for example, Governor Walker is attempting to ram through legislation that cuts State employee benefits and strips unions of their collective bargaining rights by allowing them to bargain only on wages, keeping benefits and other issues off the table, severely limiting union say on hiring, firing, assignments, and other work rules.…”
