Before he had his name changed legally--for purposes of this Chamber--to the junior Senator from Missouri, Attorney General Eric Schmitt was one of the Nation's leading legal minds engaged in this problem, engaged in trying to address the lawlessness at our southern border, brought on by the policies of this administration.
