The amendment is as follows (Purpose: To limit the expansion of premium assistance for households above 500 percent of the federal poverty line) Strike section 9661 and insert the following: SEC. 9661. IMPROVING AFFORDABILITY BY EXPANDING PREMIUM ASSISTANCE FOR CONSUMERS.
