PROHIBITION ON FUNDING FOR COVID-19 VACCINE MANDATES. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available under any division of this Act (notwithstanding section 3) may be obligated or expended to-- (1) implement or enforce-- (A) section 1910.501 of title 29, Code of Federal Regulations (or a successor regulation); (B) Executive Order 14042 of September 9, 2021 (86 Fed.
