We are asking for an increase of $35,000,000 to bring it up to $431,000,000 for HBCUs.
The fight for workers' rights has always had a special place in my heart.
What are we doing to protect them, and if you can look at this more closely.
After six decades of failure it is long past time for the United States to try something different.
