I thank the gentlewoman from New Jersey (Mrs. Watson Coleman) for that very powerful statement and also for reminding us that this should not be a partisan issue. With that, I yield to the gentleman from Florida (Mr. Yoho), who has been very diligent in his effort to repeal the 2001 Authorization for Use of Military Force.
