I thank Mr. Swalwell, and I thank him for his leadership. I am confident we can with his leadership and with all of us working together. I know that both Democrats and Republicans want the same thing, I am confident of that, but we are just not matching our rhetoric with reality. Hopefully they will begin to understand, the majority will, that this is good for America, not just for Democrats and not just for our young people.
