Sadly, this bill is nothing more than the latest Republican attack on the Affordable Care Act and would result in an estimated 1 million people losing access to their health care coverage. This is unacceptable. We should be in the business of providing hardworking Americans access to affordable health care, not taking it away. I strongly urge a ``no'' vote on this rule and these damaging bills. {time} 1300
