I would like to know if you have looked at quantifying the costs associated with processing licensed applications and make some determinations about those resources, and could they be better applied towards trafficking terrorists or targeting illicit money laundering instead of coming down hard on Americans who just want their basic right to travel to wherever they want to travel?
