I am always happy to discuss any counterproposal. If the Senator would make one, I would love to see it. I take it very seriously and have in every case and will in every case going forward.
Medicaid, healthcare outcomes and the cost of healthcare are of the utmost importance to our states. Not only because they are such a big piece of our budget but because it is about serving some of the most vulnerable in our communities.
I think that rulings across the country set up the scenario for states to redistrict.
