The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To limit the extension or establishment of national monuments in the State of Utah) At the appropriate place, add the following: SEC. ___. LIMITATION ON THE EXTENSION OR ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL MONUMENTS IN THE STATE OF UTAH. Section 320301(d) of title 54, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the heading, by striking ``Wyoming'' and inserting ``the State of Wyoming or Utah''; and (2) by striking ``Wyoming'' and inserting ``the State of Wyoming or Utah''.
