LIMITATION ON THE EXTENSION OR ESTABLISHMENT OF NATIONAL MONUMENTS IN THE STATE OF UTAH. Section 320301(d) of title 54, United States Code, is amended-- (1) in the heading, by striking ``Wyoming'' and inserting ``the State of Wyoming or Utah''; and (2) by striking ``Wyoming'' and inserting ``the State of Wyoming or Utah''.
