“Madam Chair, National Security Memorandum 20 represents a betrayal of our closest ally in the Middle East. Both President Biden and Secretary Blinken developed this memorandum to placate the terrorist sympathizers, quite frankly, within the Democratic Party. The memo is as despicable as it is unnecessary.
