The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), add the following: Sec. _. None of the funds made available by this Act may be made available to remove the People's Republic of China from the list required by section 706(1) of the Foreign Relations Authorization Act, Fiscal Year 2003 (Public Law 107-228; 22 U.S.C. 2291j-1).
