The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement or enforce the final rule of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau entitled ``Small Business Lending Under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act (Regulation B)'' and published on May 31, 2023 (88 Fed. Reg. 35150). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 847, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
