The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. No funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize the proposed rule entitled ``Miscellaneous and General Requirements'' (87 Fed. Reg. 78014 (December 21, 2022)). The Acting CHAIR.
