The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to implement, administer, or enforce the rule entitled ``Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Consumer Water Heaters'' published by the Department of Energy in the Federal Register on May 6, 2024 (89 Fed.
