The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to finalize, implement, administer, or enforce the proposed rule entitled ``Energy Conservation Program: Energy Conservation Standards for Automatic Commercial Ice Makers'' published by the Department of Energy in the Federal Register on September 25, 2023 (88 Fed.
