Again, I appreciate my colleague, and I do agree on the urgency of the situation. Extreme times sometimes require extreme measures. It is important that we dot the i, cross the t, and underline and underscore that this is a crisis in our country. Tonight, somewhere in my home State, someone will overdose because of fentanyl. Someone in your home State will overdose because of fentanyl. Meanwhile, Joe Biden has allowed the border to be wide open, overrun, and unmanned. That is unacceptable. I'm not against solar. We have a farm. I've got a big shop. You know, I've contemplated putting solar on my shop to help to run my farm. But I don't want a government subsidy to make it work. I don't need a government subsidy to pay for it.
