The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. __. None of the funds appropriated or otherwise made available by this Act may be made available in contravention of the notice entitled ``In the Matter of the Designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (and Other Aliases) as a Foreign Terrorist Organization'' issued by the Department of State on April 15, 2019 (84 Fed. Reg. 15278). The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 723, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes.
