Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end of title II the following new section: SEC. 207. SENSE OF CONGRESS RELATING TO ACTS OF VIOLENCE ON CAMPUS. It is the sense of Congress that acts of violence committed on the campus of an institution of higher education are not protected under the First Amendment to the Constitution. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1455, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Tennessee.
