The text of the amendment is as follows: At the end of the bill (before the short title), insert the following: Sec. ___. None of the funds made available by this Act may be used to carry out additional monument declarations proclaimed by the President under section 320301 of the title 54, United States Code (commonly referred to as the ``Antiquities Act of 1906''), as of October 13, 2023.
