SENSE OF CONGRESS ON QATAR. It is the sense of Congress that the Government of Qatar should publicly condemn Hamas, turn Hamas leadership over the United States or Israeli control, and pledge never to facilitate the transfer of any covered Iranian funds to Iran or any agency or instrumentality of Iran.
