Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Add at the end the following: SEC. 5. SENSE OF CONGRESS ON QATAR. It is the sense of Congress that the Government of Qatar should publicly condemn Hamas, turn Hamas leadership over the United States or Israeli control, and pledge never to facilitate the transfer of any covered Iranian funds to Iran or any agency or instrumentality of Iran. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 891, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Tennessee.
