The text of the amendment is as follows: Page 13, after line 13, insert the following: (B) ceased all forms of oppression of the Tibetan people, including those significant human rights abuses detailed in the Tibet section of the Department of State's 2023 Country Reports on Human Rights Practices; Page 13, line 14, strike ``(B)'' and insert ``(C)''. Page 13, line 23, strike ``(C)'' and insert ``(D)''. Page 14, line 4, strike ``(D)'' and insert ``(E)''. The Acting CHAIR.
