Mr. Chair, I have an amendment at the desk. The Acting CHAIR. The Clerk will designate the amendment. The text of the amendment is as follows: Redesignate section 4 as section 5 and insert after section 3 the following: SEC. 4. STATEMENT OF POLICY. It is the policy of the United States to unequivocally support Taiwan's full participation in the World Health Organization. The Acting CHAIR. Pursuant to House Resolution 1430, the gentleman from Tennessee (Mr. Ogles) and a Member opposed each will control 5 minutes. The Chair recognizes the gentleman from Tennessee.
