The pending bill obviously is the bill before us. We have to clarify that prior to the time we even have an opportunity to get to other amendments and the substitute. So, clearly that is what I think most of us would like to do. And to address the Secretary's concerns, let us address them. We may not have to address the language in the Glenn amendment or anything else. I think that is the issue. Can we clarify the Dole amendment adequately enough to ensure that his concerns are addressed and that we do not further encumber those efforts by the Department of Agriculture to promulgate these regulations in a timely manner?
