I commend President-elect Obama for selecting such an extraordinary nominee to lead the Nation's healthcare agenda.

We have cost problems. We have access problems. But as you rightfully point out in your question, we certainly have quality problems.

I think that the cost of the status quo, the cost of doing nothing may be the most expensive option of all.

It's completely backwards--and it has to change.
