I also want to clarify that the $10 million provided for the U.S. Forest Service, State and private forestry account for emergency activities associated with the ice storm damages includes the States of Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. Additionally, I wish to inquire if the omission of the State of Texas from this section of the bill was merely inadvertent?
